Generally means the beginnings of personal growth; a new beginning for someone.

Stagnation; boredom with one's life at this point.

Taking no action; not bothering to do something which may be important.

The same man in the 2 of Wands, seeing his ships come into port. Represents the fruits of labor; having acted on something and seeing the results.
Reversed:
Having something go bad; taking action and seeing nothing come of it.

Questions about one's security; fear of something being taken away from you.
