2 parts Hops
1 part Jasmine
1 part Elder flowers

Bathe the stem anger and to relieve stress.  Visualize yourself
releasing the anger or stress into the water as you sit in it.  Feel it floating out and the
water absorbing the hurt, pain, nerves and wrathful feelings.  Splash fresh
water onto  your body after the bath.

3 Drops of each in 1/2 oz. of base oil
Lavander oil
Rose oil
Orange oil
Basil oil

Serenity Potporri
2 c Rose petals
1 t Sandalwood
1 c Lavendar flowers
1 c Lilac blossoms
1 c Honweysuckle blossoms
1 c Wisteria vine
1 c Orris root
